    July 14 - July 21, 2019 in the Temagami Region



    Entry fee ONLY $280 per person (be prepared for an extra $20 for any unexpected costs)

    - Bandana - 3 suppers at the Legion Halls at the beginning of the trip - Crest - Decal - T-Shirt - Wheels - Maps - Permits - Canoe Rentals

    Camping in the wilderness

    Meeting up with Indigenous youth canoe builders of Bear Island First Nation at their newly build Canoe House

    Temagami Canoe Festival

    SUNDAY, JULY 14th

    Arrival in Matachewan latest by 3 pm, catered supper, meeting, bed. Cars need to be shuttled


    MONDAY, JULY 15th

    Paddle down Montreal River to Elk Lake, catered supper, meeting, bed. Cars need to be shuttled


    TUESDAY, JULY 16th

    Paddle to Latchford, catered supper. Cars need to be shuttled


    WEDNESDAY, JULY 17th

    Portage by road to Lady Evelyn dam, paddling to Lake Evelyn


    THURSDAY, JULY 18th

    Lake Temagami


    FRIDAY, JULY 19th

    All canoes to be gathered on Bear Island in front of the Canoe House at 10 am, by 12:30 pm paddle to Canoe Festival in Temagami, Arrival 5 pm


    SATURDAY, JULY 20th

    Brigade camping on Municipal Town Island, take in festival or journey with Tim to Rabbit Lake


    SUNDAY, JULY 21st

    Early closing ceremonies
